SpRings is a self-initiated jewellery project developed by Anna Berghammer, Lilian Schöpfer and Constantin Eich.
The starting point was a shared curiosity about Silberschmuck and the process of making something wearable from scratch. Anna designed and carved the ring models directly in wax, working intuitively with the material to develop five distinct forms. Each model was then cast using sand casting, a traditional metalworking process in which the wax original is pressed into moulding sand to create a negative form. The silver itself came from melted-down 825 silver forks, sourced and smelted by hand before being poured into the moulds. After casting, Lilian took over the finishing, cleaning and refining each piece until it was ready to wear.
The result is a collection of five rings, each with its own character, all made entirely by hand from start to finish.
SpRings is still available on request through Anna Berghammer.
To order, simply send your ring size and the desired model, and the ring will be cast individually for you.
